Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Simple terms for using Rafino’s current website and updates service.

1. Who we are

Rafino is operated by Sohail Sheikh. You can contact us at rafino.app@gmail.com. By using this site, you agree to these terms and the Website Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.

2. Current availability

Rafino is in development. App features, supported cities, launch dates and integrations may change. This website does not currently sell travel, accept ride payments or create bookings. Joining the updates list is free and does not reserve a product or guarantee early access.

3. Updates subscription

Subscribe using an email address you control and only if you want Rafino launch and product updates. Do not subscribe other people without their permission. You may unsubscribe using a link in a message or by contacting us. We may remove abusive or invalid submissions.

4. Future travel services and Uber

Uber ride booking is planned and remains subject to integration, permission and availability. A mention or illustration is not an offer of a currently available booking service or a claim of partnership approval. Any future ride is also subject to the transport provider’s own terms, charges, safety rules and cancellation policies. Additional app or booking terms will be presented before those services are available.

5. Responsible use

Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, bypass security controls, or use automated submissions to abuse the updates form. Do not rely on concept visuals as live route, fare or timetable information.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide an accurate and available website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site is provided as available and we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on illustrative or preliminary information. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes and questions

We may update these terms when the service changes. The latest version will be available on this page. For questions or concerns, contact rafino.app@gmail.com.
